CLOTHING RECOMMENDATIONS

Warm Day
Nylon shorts or pants
T shirt
River shoes (no flip flops-they will come off in river muck)
Fleece jacket, windbreaker or sweater for morning, if chilly.

Cold Day
Nylon or fleece pants (no cotton)
Inner layer (no cotton)
River shoes (no flip flops-they will come off in river muck)
Wool or synthetic warm socks
Fleece jacket, windbreaker or sweater (no cotton)
Wool and fleece continue to insulate even when soaked
